I utilize many different healing modalities in my practice, but the ones that truly serve as the foundational practices for transformational trauma healing are Shamanic energy medicine from the high Andes, Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Each of these approaches brings its unique strengths to the table, offering amazing, gentle, and compassionate healing on their own. Advanced Integrative Therapy
Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT) is a profound healing method that understands trauma as the root of most emotional, physical, and spiritual struggles. AIT uses energy centers to remove blocks and trauma from the body. The main seven chakras, in addition to six other energy centers, are used for maximum effectiveness.
