Moving Meditations

This style of yoga is a mixture of all things yoga that resonate with me - all that I love in yoga: breath , and learning to let the breath breathe me; flow, but also, Taking time in each pose to play and learn from the pose; climbing into the body to feel, and to see what this specific pose has to offer - this specific moment on the mat; working a pose from the inside out. I strive for every class to be a session of self-love and self-awareness; a physical workout; and a grounding of the body, Mind, Soul. All of this mindfulness spontaneously creates a space of meditation - a moving meditation. This class closes with special attention on savasana (final relaxation pose) and a surrendering to being - the goal being, stepping off of your mat and into the rest of your day you feel invigorated, connection to self, RELAXATION, and joy.
